TENDER/CALLS FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT AAITG HEADQUARTERS IN KANIFING
ActionAid International The Gambia (AAITG) is an Affiliate Member of the ActionAid Federation, a global movement of people working toward a World free of injustice and poverty. AAITG has been working in The Gambia since 1979, employing a combination of service delivery and the Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) to development, centered on four pillars: Empowerment, Solidarity, Campaign, and Alternative. AAITG works with poor and excluded communities and their organizations and supports them to become conscious of and strive for the recognition, protection, and fulfillment of their rights. AAITG works across the length and breadth of the country, with more rooted intervention in Niamina East, West, and Dankunku in the Central River Region South and Upper Nuimi in the North Bank Region.
AAITG invites Expressions of Interest/Quotation from all suitably qualified and experienced organizations to provide Security Services at its Headquarters in Kanifing for seven (7) days a week and on a 24-hour basis.
These services will be subjected to a single procurement process, and those wishing to submit a Quotation/Expression of Interest in tendering for this three-year contract, with an option for possible extension to another three years upon satisfactory performance of service. The contract will attract a withholding tax of 8% annually (Proof of previous experience will be an added advantage).
Interested bidders will be required to provide the following:
- Business registration certificate
- GPPA registration certificate
- TIN Certificate
The deadline for submission of bids is Tuesday, 19th December 2025 at 12:00 pm. The opening date of all bids will be announced so interested bidders can attend the opening process at AAITG headquarters. Evaluation of the submissions will be done by the procurement committee after the deadline date, and all bidders will be informed accordingly about the outcome of the evaluation. The criteria for evaluation will be on the provision of a comprehensive technical proposal, the cost of the service, and the submission of the required registration documentation.
